Board meetings are held via Zoom on the 4th Thursday of the month
Thursday, February 26 – 7:00 P.M.
Thursday, March 26 – 7:00 P.M.
Thursday, April 23 – 7:00 P.M.
Thursday, May 28 – 7:00 P.M.
*Tuesday, September 17 – 7:00 P.M.
(Board selects the Nominating, Awards, and Holiday Party Committees)
October 22 – 7:00 P.M.
General Club Meetings
Thursday, May 28 – 7:00 P.M.
Saturday, October 3 – 10:00 A.M.
Information on General Club Meetings:

At the May 28th virtual (Zoom) meeting, the officers, board members, and club members will vote on our updated bylaws.

On October 3rd (in-person meeting), our nominating committee will ask for officer and board nominations. This meeting takes place at our Nominations Brunch and Memorial Run.
Voting:
During general club meetings, each “membership” may cast one vote on the issue under consideration. During Officer/Board meetings, only officers and board members may vote.
Meeting Notices:
All club members will receive an email invitation to view Board Meetings. All club members will also receive an email invitation to attend a General Club meeting.
Important Meeting Information

- September is a Tuesday Meeting - Board will select the Nominating, Awards, and Holiday Party Committee.
